The Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks announced today that single game tickets for 2010-11 preseason and regular-season games at the United Center will go on sale on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. CT.

Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively at ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Customers will be able to purchase up to eight (8) tickets during the sale. Tickets will not be available at the United Center Box Office.

The Blackhawks open their regular-season defense of the 2010 Stanley Cup Championship at the United Center on Saturday, October 9 when they host the Detroit Red Wings at 7:30 P.M. Chicago led the National Hockey League for the second consecutive year with an average of 21,356 fans per game during the 2009-10 regular-season. Dating back to the end of the 2007-08 campaign, the Blackhawks have hosted 102 consecutive capacity crowds (regular and postseason).
