Oak Room (banquet): 100 dining, 150 reception, 175 theater. $150 rental includes LCD projector, screen, podium, microphone, and dedicated service staff.

Viewpoint 1 (billiards): 30 dining, 45 reception. $30 per hour rental fee includes free billiards (1 table), snooker (1 table), shuffleboard (1 table) and dedicated service staff.

Executive Billiards (billiards): 30 dining, 45 reception. $50 per hour rental fee includes free billiards (2 tables), shuffleboard (1 table), a private television and dedicated service staff.

Viewpoint 2 (billiards): 75 dining, 100 reception. $60 per hour rental fee includes free billiards (5 tables), shuffleboard (1 table) and dedicated service staff.

Viewpoint 3 (billiards): 45 dining, 65 reception. $40 per hour rental fee includes free billiards (3 tables), shuffleboard (1 table) and dedicated service staff.

Lower Level: Capacity of 500. Lower Level rental agreemetns are custom created and have no fixed rental fee.
