Hot Pot Café- Asian Fondue Cooking
Hot Pot Café features a separate dining area for guests to enjoy a dining experience with origins dating back to 400 AD in northern China. It is a cozy yet informal style, where you leisurely dip meats, seafood and vegetables into boiling broth with a wire mesh basket. Ben Pao’s Hot Pot is cooked in broth rather than oil, making this unique dining experience healthy and perfect for those following a low carbohydrate diet.
The dinner kicks off with prepared appetizers. Then the group will cook their meats, seafood and vegetables in broth. Dessert is also served hot pot style. Enjoy a sweet treat and dip mini cookies, fresh fruit and cakes into semi-sweet chocolate!

Cafe Ba Ba Reeba! Chicago Sangria Demonstration
Add some Spanish Spice to your next private party at Cafe Ba Ba Reeba! You and your guests can enjoy a glass of Sangria while learning about the history and varieties of this Spanish staple. During the 20 minute session one guest will help the demonstrator create two varieties of Sangria. Each guest will receive a recipe card so they can create their own at home.

Scoozi Wine Tasting
We welcome you and your guests to share our passion and knowledge of the wine world.
Journey with us as we travel across the countryside vineyards of Italy and the United States. Our trade-style tasting will allow your guests to explore and experiment with a diverse range of wine types, styles and regions.
Our experienced staff will personally guide your guests throughout the tasting and offer insights and suggestions for food and wine pairings.
Four tables are set with five wines each. Your guests will receive a passport that will include information on all the wines and pairing recommendations. Classic Italian fare from our celebrated Scoozi menu will complete the wine tasting experience.

Scoozi Wine Challenge
When can you and your guests pair wine tasting and trivia games in the
same evening? At the Scoozi Wine Challenge! This dining event features four trade-style wine stations with three wines at each table and a friendly, talented Scoozi Wine Guide to explain each wine in detail. We will select six white and six red wines and educate your guests on recognizing the aromatic and flavor profiles of each wine, the cultural and regional influences and how to pair each wine with food.
During dinner you and your guests will be challenged by a spirited game of wine facts and trivia based on the wines previously tasted with your Wine Guide. Prizes will be awarded based on a guest’s display of their wine knowledge. This no-stress approach to wine appreciation is almost as fun as drinking the wine! Everyone’s a winner in the Scoozi Wine Challenge.

Shaken and Stirred Series
A great cocktail tastes even better when you know how to make it yourself! Our Shaken and Stirred Series will awaken the sleeping bartender in you and your guests. Each session in the series will focus on cocktails that revolve around a central theme. Five trade-style tables will each feature a different cocktail along with a Scoozi Merry Mixologist to guide you through the creation of their cocktail from beginning to end. Each drink demonstration will include insight and answers on liquor lore, garnishing and presentation.
We will then customize a menu to complement your cocktail selections. Choose from passed hors d’oeuvres to a bountiful dessert buffet and everything in between.
